Conference lunch catering is generally a quick and simple affair with a selection of sandwiches and possibly fresh fruit and cheese.
These are generally served as platters on the meeting table or as a buffet on a sideboard. As for the morning teas the majority of items below are cold and can be a simple ‘drop & run’ however we have also included a hot selection which will require the service of one chef or service staff as a minimum to ensure food is prepared and presented correctly.

Sandwich fillings and toppings may include:
Chicken in mayonnaise, roast beef, egg, smoked salmon and egg, prawns, avocado, asparagus, double smoked leg ham, tuna, cucumber, cheese, tomato, rocket salad, baby spinach leaves, hummus and tzatziki, tomato chutney.
- Triangle sandwiches – $ 5.50 four triangles
On white, wholemeal and multigrain bread per serve - Open sandwich on French bread stick (2 per serve) – $ 6.60 per serve
- Freshly baked croissants (3 half pieces per serve) – $ 6.60 per serve
- Pumpkin bread or Foccacia rolls (2 per serve) – $ 6.60 per serve
- Sliced fresh fruit platter with dipping yogurt – $ 5.50 per person – Minimum 10 people
- Cheese and fresh fruit platter (s) – $ 8.80 per person
